How to use Quize

Here are the steps to start playing on Quize:

  • Do the download the Quize app on your smartphone, available for Android and iOS, and watch the introductory video. To download it, go to your App Store and search for Quize and click on Install.
  • Then click on "Start now". Enter your phone number and check the "I have read and accept the terms of use" box. 
  • Confirm your number via WhatsApp or SMS and enter the code sent by Quize in the field indicated. 
  • Enter your full name and a nickname and select whether you were referred to Quize by a friend.
  •  When you access the app's main screen, you can see how much time is left before a new trivia game starts and the value of the prize for the player who gets all the questions right. 
  • If a game is about to start, you will automatically be directed to its screen. To purchase "Jumps", log in to Quize every day and click on "Earn 1 Jump!". Each skip will allow you to skip a difficult question during the game.

How to redeem credits on Quize

To redeem your credits on Quize, go to the app's home screen on your smartphone and tap on the menu icon in the top left-hand corner of the screen. Then select the "Payments" option. 

If you have a balance of R$50 or more, select "Redeem" and fill in the form with your personal information, including full name, CPF, e-mail address, mobile number and date of birth. If your balance is less than R$50, unfortunately it will not be possible to redeem at this time.

To unblock your Quize credit card, follow the steps below:

  • When you receive the envelope with your Quize card, check the last four digits printed on it.
  • Open the Quize app and go to "Payments", then click on "Unblock card".
  • Enter the last four numbers of the card and the first three digits of your CPF number, then select the "Unblock" option.
  • Inside the envelope with your credit card, you will find a four-digit password that you must use every time you want to make a purchase with your Quize balance.

From now on, you can use your Quize balance to buy whatever you want!
